Ballet is a disciplined form of dance that instills poise, grace, body carriage, and flexibility. Focusing on techniques taught at the ballet barre, center floor, adagio, jumps and turns.

This is always a great opportunity for you to get to work one on one with the teachers, learn more about your individual strengths, and get to perform on stage, showcasing the beautiful gifts that God has placed in you as a student, bringing praise to His name through dance!
