In participating in our programs and using our website you agree to the following Terms of Service, Release, Payment Options, Cancellation Policy, and Notes.

To register on-line for our programs you will need to first create an account with us, if you haven't done so already. As of May 6, 2019 we have an improved method for registering and paying and managing your account, students, enrollments, and orders.

Please note:

Age Requirements: The cutoff date for age requirements is December 31st - same as school. Enroll your students in their appropriate age group - students not enrolled in the appropriate age group will be withdrawn and will need to register again.

Wait Lists: If you find that a class is presently full, please put your name on the wait list by clicking the 'Wait List' link to the right of a class you want. We use the wait lists to determine which classes we will need to open more of. We will attempt to accommodate everyone's needs as to progam type, style, ages and times.

Release Agreement

In part consideration of permitting my child (self) to participate in the activities of Born to Be Arts Academy / Moose Jaw Church of God, I agree to insure my child (self) against any injury or loss resulting from the activities and of travelling to and from these activities. I agree to indemnify and save harmless Born to Be Arts Academy / Moose Jaw Church of God and its employees, agents and volunteers from all losses, damages, claims and demands occasioned thereby. I authorize Born to Be Arts Academy / Moose Jaw Church of God and its employees, agents and volunteers to provide all medical care, which they deem necessary for my child (self) in the event of injury. In Accordance with local Freedom of Privacy and Information Act, I hereby grant Born to Be Arts Academy / Moose Jaw Church of God permission to videotape my child at the year-end recital and participate in the studio photographs which may be used for promotional purposes. Born to Be Arts Academy / Moose Jaw Church of God will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or injuries during classes or on the location premises.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to us. Our privacy policy complies with the requirements of the Privacy Act. Protecting your privacy means we will NOT sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information or our customer lists to persons not associated with the provision of our services and merchandise. We collect personal information only with your consent and by fair and lawful means, and for the purpose(s) for which you have given consent. We keep your personal information and the business you do with us confidential, and we employ appropriate security safeguards.

Summer & 8 Week Programs

On-line registration begins May 6th. Your cancellation request must be received in writing 30 days prior to your first class date in order to be eligible for any refund, as determined by Born to Be Management.

Payments: Summer & 8 Week Program Fees to be paid in full as of registration date.

Programs (all except Summer & 8 Week Programs)

Payments - we offer the following 3 options:

Pay in full: Tuition Fee to be paid in full as of registration date.

2 payments - Now and Jan 2: Tuition Fee to be paid in two (2) parts: half at time of registration including a Payment Fee of $5, then the balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card on January 2nd. Notice: with this payment option there is a once per order Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fee of $5.00.

10 monthly payments - Monthly: Tuition Fee to be paid in ten (10) equal installments, the first is taken at registration including a Payment Fee of $15, then your monthly payments will be automatically charged to the same credit card on the 1st of each subsequent month starting October 1st. Notice: with this payment option there is a once per order Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fee of $15.00.

Program Cancellation and Change Policy:

These policies are in place to give all our students the best possible experience and to make it fair for everyone while keeping our prices low and our programs full.

• An admin fee of $20.00 is applicable for each program cancellation or change (move/switch/transfer) completed as requested. When the studio cancels or changes a program the admin fee is waived – this can occur when there are not enough students to run a program.
• Program cancellation requests received before August 1st will receive a full refund of the amount received less 3% processing fee and the admin fee of $20.00.
• Program cancellation requests received on or after August 1st and before the end of the 4th class will receive a refund of 80% the full tuition less 3% processing fee on amounts received and the admin fee of $20.00, when applicable future installment payments will be cancelled.
• Program cancellation requests received after the end of the 4th class are not refunded and the full order amount is owed and when applicable all future installment payments will continue. Your space in a class is reserved for you (the student) for the year.
• Should the need arise for the studio to ask a parent to withdraw a student; a refund of the unused tuition balance will be made less a 3% processing fee on the amount received, when applicable future installment payments will be cancelled.

Merchandise Policy:

• All merchandise is paid in full when ordering and there are no refunds or exchanges.
• Merchandise is delivered to the studio and customers are notified by email when and where to pick up their orders.
